IT’S A GREAT TIME TO BE A SELLER!

We met Chris and Shanna at an open house 7 years ago. They were in love with the idea of buying a home and going full atomic ranch renovation. The “BEFORE” top photos are from when they purchased the home in 2013. The bottom “AFTER” photos are from a few days ago right before closing. As much as they loved Decatur, Seattle was calling them home.

Chris and Shanna received multiple offers and closed $25,000 over their list price. It is a fantastic time to be a seller!
